The food was excellent, tons of choices and our server Gabe did a fantastic job. Everything he recommended was absolutely fantastic and cooked to perfection. They also have a selection of sauces to add to the food and the hardest part was trying to figure which one I wanted on my food.
Best service by Gabe! He was phenomenal. There was a table of 6 “Karen’s and Darren’s” behind us. They were absolutely rude and mean. Gabe took it in stride and kept giving the best service. Amazing!!! Dylan is the cook and made amazing food and came out to talk with us. Seriously - everything exceeded expectations tonight.
I went into the Yabo's in Powell for the first time last week....outstanding! It was a little busy so we sat at the bar, the bartenders the whole time were very attentive and got our drinks and food out very fast - thanks Marcy! The chimi bites were delicious, and the big & sloppy burrito was both of those things...as well as delectable. My wife got the Cubano taco - as her dad was Cuban - and said it was very flavorful. Lastly, the creme-filled churros were cooked to perfection with just the right amount of creme that would shoot out of the churro. Not a lot of gluten-free options, but overall a 10/10!
This was the 3rd or 4th catering order I have placed with Yabo's in Powell and this was probably the best. I didn't have to wait long after I arrived and nothing was missing. The food was amazing, as usual, and, as always, there was plenty for everyone! Definitely recommend if you need easy food for a group.
Had an amazing time didn’t know what to expect not being local to Columbus but the tacos and quesadillas were delicious and got to enjoy a car meet as well
First rate from the food to the owners to the bartenders and wait staff, and don't forget that fantastic kitchen staff! Orders are prompt, accurate, and the place is very wide open with plenty of access to TVs. Never a shortage of options to watch on television! The food is fresh and there are lots of not-fried options so even SHE is happy to go along.
We had only experienced take out from Yabo's, and the experience has been good! Yesterday, we ordered a pick up order, and whether we messed up or Yabo's did, we didn't get chips with our cheese dip. A nice young man got us a big old bag of chips. I've seen some comments that people don't like the chips, but WE LOVE THEM.
Best margaritas I have ever had. Full of fresh lime flavors. Not to sweet or tart. Generous portions. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Great outdoor patio. I’ll be back. Love the taco of the month.
